The Great Shallows
The Great Shallows is an area of super shallow sea to the SW of Palestrina, that is mostly bordered by land with wide channels between islands permitting access. Trade ships normally sail around this area due to the dangers of shallow reefs and the like
It is not well explored, but a guild party has discovered a Merfolk Empire who follow Vephar located in part of it.
