Monck's Corner
<-- Back to Carzala Duchy or North to Northfield area, of north west to Seacroft area, or west to Gugnir's Hope area.
Population: 2,400 Humans
The town has it's history closely tied to the small monastery to the north of the town, that was started around 720wk. The monastery has remained small and is of no real interest to outsiders. The monks keep to themselves and trade in wine of average quality.
The town is the second largest in Carzala after Seagate. The streets are paved in good quality dwarven stone. The square has a large fountain which is dominated by a statue of a man-at-arms, known by locals are 'the Baron'. The houses are also build of stone and are three stories high with shingle roofing and are well kept and of good quality.
The locals are nice to outsiders and are well off by some standards. The town has a large number of excellent orchids and well kept farmlands and manors in the area. The town has three good Inns. The Duke has 10 men-at-arms stationed in the town.
