Times and Format

12:30 pm is for the GMs

to vote on any issues that have been previously raised on the email group.
to organise adventures for the current GMs so that they don't have to scurry about finding an adventure for themselves while players are trying to sign up on theirs. GMing has its privileges, try it. ;)
to discuss ideas and seek advice from other GMs.
to strong arm GMs to run overflow games.

1:00 pm is for the general guild meeting, we try to start on time so aim to be there a few minutes beforehand. The sequence varies a bit depending on who is running the meeting but will generally be something like this:

Brief summary of events from last season's adventures.
Announcements of adventures going out.
The Melee - when the players mob the GM whose adventure they want to play on.
Awards: Smartest, Bravest, Stupidest, Best Death, Jammiest Bastard and Star of Alusia - nominations and voting based on events of the completed session.
General business (if any)

The halls do need to be vacated by the end of our appointment time, so much as I hate to cut off the socialising I will boot you out. :)

Parking at the hall is mainly street parking, not much in the way of play grounds for the kids but the library is right next door for the older kids.
