Sernoyia

Sernoyia is a medium sized city built on the banks of the Sernoyia and Sumunmar Rivers. It has been the target of numereous raids over many years and hence has been rebuilt a number of times. The city itself is trisected by the two rivers, giving rise to three separate quarters.
