			Pedro comes from the Oracle at Delph. Using his inter-planar amulet requires 1 EN, knowledge of the ITN of a plane, and

			Yana is a “mythical” place, also known as Yannil, the plane of undying. Eternal youth is available there. It is said to be beyond the Mines of Kurl. This information is from the Academy. No one else on Western shore seems to have hears of it. It is known by some of the criminals of the Satrapies.

			We asked a demonic informant about Yana, he replied:
