Be an Elf. Swear fealty and be accepted by [[Dramus]] as a member of his court. (Given the number of Elves wishing to swear fealty, as well as the number of Elves Dramus would accept as subjects this is a pretty small group of possible characters)

Nope, the ritual creates a doorway that can only be cast and used while the light of the full moon shines upon it. Depending on where it is placed a maximum time of 4-6 hours per month. (This presumes that because it is a doorway it must be on the side of something and so will be shaded from the moon for a chunk of the night.)

Anyone who has no iron on them. I have no idea what they would pay to go to a fae realm for a bit.

As much as you can carry noting of course that nothing of iron can enter the realm regardless of how small it may be and access is extremely limited time wise.

Oh and it is a 400EM ritual with a low base chance :-)

Current Health
It appears that a current Health of 36 allows training to Rank 7, not Rank 2. Also, there is no indication of what is sufficient health to learn the Fae college. Is this deliberately missing, and only available to those fae subjects of Teanna/Dramus who were once elves?

With Health rising by 15 to 36 in the six months to Summer 808, it seems likely to hit 50 (Rank 10) by Winter 808. Given the scarity of high-rank trainers, this becomes a nice fillip.

Heath goes up by about 8 per quarter assuming Both Dramus and Teanna get there every full moon. For perspective it drops by about three times the rate it increases. The training only discounts money and the same training is available at the guild. So realistically it is a benefit of a few hundred silvers. If I am incorrect and training isn't available at the Guild I will talk to the GM and look to drop that to 7 max.

The college is indeed only available to those who Swear fealty and is part of the write-up.
