	Slaydar was born with disfigured hands, this disfigurement was allegedly a trait of his father, and he was named after him, however most speculate it was the swamp gas that caused the disfigurements. The affliction made him the weakest of the children and he was constantly bullied by those of the tribe, if they could get away with it. His Mother doted on him, which only inflamed the situation.
