The name of this world is unknown, "Cenotaph" being an epithet given it for its most notable feature.<br />
<br />
This is a dead world, apparently devoid of all life -- flora and fauna. Even the air is flat and lifeless. The seas appear empty, the lands utterly barren rock and wasteland.<br />
<br />
At the site where [[Kadath]] would be located there is an enormous memorial structure. It is column some miles in diameter, and over a mile high. Its top is dished and a terrific flame burns, extending high into the atmosphere.<br />
<br />
The entire structure is carved with writing in an unknown language and emanates a feeling of unending despair.</div>Mandos
