 After one last good hit from Yukov, it starts to melt back into the rift. We keep hitting it until its all gone. I run to Storm and hug her, glad she’s safe. When it finally disappears fully there’s a big flash of light and a loud bang that throws us all back (except teddy cos he’d already run away) and leaves us blind and deaf for a bit. Storm lands in a tree and once I have my sight back, I go get her down and Moist gives her a waters of healing.<br>

			This giant amoeboid is 25-30ft high with lightning veins through out it and very loud gurgles. It suddenly shoots three acid projectiles out of its head. They arc down towards us and some of us get hit. It doesn’t seem to want to move towards us. So we start heading towards it while me and Storm shoot lightning at it.<br>
			When he’s close enough, Moist thrusts his pearl ash elbow deep into the blobs undefined front orifice. But it just throws it back up.<br>

			We approach and see lots of energy and light coming from the rift. Water from the swamp seems to have partially been sucked into it, we can see marks of where it used to be. Seems to be a high mana zone. The trees all lean away from the rift.<br>

			Moist waterproofs and water breathes Storm so she can go to the rift. We plan to start with ranged weapons and try and lure them out. As we prepare, the blobs start to notice us. Moist makes a punt boat for us to stand on in the swamp if we need.<br>
			We take our acid potions and Yukov makes a bone wall with holes to shoot out of and an arch to fight in.
			Storm throws a greek fire grenado which is pretty effective (She’s amazing). <br>

They shuffle out and we work at the rubble with bone tools from Yukov. Teddy doesn’t help.. he says he’s ‘thinking’. After 2 hours we get all the way through.<br>
 On the other side there’s another split way. I send peanuts to the right. He said ‘there’s shiny and water and a big rock and I could see outside.’ We decide to go that way.<br>

			We decide to go the long way so we can follow the path. Once we get back to the fork we head north-ish on the path into the forest and make camp.<br>

			- 1 (Yukov & Moist): They hear something and Yukov sees a humanoid figure in the bushes. They wake everyone. We move slowly into the bushes and see that it's Whatsit the goblin, out of breath. ''I empathy him: He’s scared, tired and minorly scratched''. He says he’s been running for ages from a bear but it seems to have stopped chasing. Whatsit fainted.We bring him into camp and Yukov makes him a bone cage to keep him safe from bears while we sleep. <br>

			DAY 6:<br>
			In the morning Storm breaks Whatsit out of his cage and he brings us some mushrooms for breakfast… They weren’t fun mushrooms though.<br>
			The stone is pointing slightly off path but we decide to follow the path until we can’t. After an hour Storm says she has a vision of a cliffside with trees and a familiar purple-y glow from halfway up the cliff… Storm is magical. We follow the stone off path into the forest and find the cliffside. We see it's 50ft up and the glow is halfway. We see signs of bird droppings (probably vultures) and nests. Teddy ESPs a LOT of hungry avian minds.<br>
			Storm starts climbing the cliff (Yukov made a ladder but Storm wouldn’t use it). We suddenly see a group of just under a dozen vultures coming from north and they look… angry.<br>
			Storm grabs stone and the birds dive bomb for her… not on my watch! I manage to control avian 6 of them. I get 5 to intercept the ones still diving and attack them and one to spread its wings and act as a personal shield for Storm. Storm uses feather fall to jump down while they attack. Storm kills two of the uncontrolled and Yukov kills the others. I line the controlled ones up nicely just in case I need them again. Storm lands safely, thank goodness. We retreat into the forest a bit.<br>

			Storm lets the new and old stone merge and there’s a blinding light. She says she has a vision of a dark cave type place with light from above and water. It might be underground. The stone is now a slightly bigger stone. Its midday so we have lunch and then set off. The stone is pointing back west.<br>
			We cross over the path and keep going, the stone pulls a little south. We come across big boulders under some trees with an entrance in the front.<br>

			I summon an owl and ask it to scope inside the entrance (its name is Peanuts). When he comes back, he says he got a bit lost because there’s lots of different directions.<br>
			We enter the cave and see a three way fork. The front way is covered in rubble. I send Peanuts left and Yukov sends his raven Krev right and Storm inspects the rubble.<br>
