Warrior

Wasnt warrior skill and most weapon skills handled by the Casterlan Borders?

Warrior was when it was first introduced into the game and it was initially seen as special and hard to get; you had to agree to service in the Borders (or at could be called up for service) in order to get Warrior training. I think that has fallen by the wayside over time.

I don't recall PCs having to go to Brastor for weapons training -- and weapons trainer NPCs at the Guild have been portrayed.

Adventuring Skills

Why is cart driving listed as illusionist only?

Also, if anyone wants to learn to surf, classes can be arranged near Thorn's Landing.

Most Illusionists have cart driving, and most PCs with cart driving are Illusionists - or so I've been told. I don't know why this is so; perhaps its because they are the only college to put the cart before the horse, or because they are more practical than the other colleges? Anyway, I'm sure that anyone pretending to be an Illusionist would be allowed to drive a cart.
