Lord Azure is only a noble lord and not a noble Count of Calder as he has never travelled to the Duke to swear service to Brandenburg. This is mainly because he became lord of the city by sacking it in 789. Lord Azure is the ruler of the city of Calder. He is human and the leader of the 'Black fleet' which sails from the port. He is heavily tattooed and he supports the local 'Storm Cult'. They, in turn, help protect the city. He is surprisingly up to date on information about the guild and keeps tabs on members known to dislike him.
