Count Kree Taijin has been the Head of State of the County Palatine of Borovia since 787 WK along with his co-ruler Countess Anestasia Desiree.

They reside in the seat of government for Borovia which is the Rabenschloß (Castle of the Raven) which stands on a high bluff overlooking the town.
