Bestiary

Is anyone working on the Bestiary?

Just i was looking through it and noticed various oddities; such as a camal kicking for D+4 yet a Lion claws for D-1, I'm not saying a kick to the head by a camel would be nice, but surely a predator would be doing more damage? It's unclear if the damage numbers include overstrengthing, but the base numbers can still seem "off". Similarly the powerful fantastical monsters can seem very weak also.

I could potentially take a look if it was wanted, just wondering if the effort would be doubled up or not recognised as an issue?

Cheers, ZZ

As far as I'm aware it hasn't been worked on for quite a while, not since it was scanned and proofed for re-publishing. There are a number of oddities, most beasts get adjusted on the fly by the GMs as they use them. But it would be better if they had stats and abilities that are reasonable.

If you are happy to, put them on the wiki and start fixing them up one at a time for as long as you feel inspired to do so. That way if anybody else feels inspired or outraged by your work they can join in.
