Almost all that is currently known of this plane is what is in the Livingston diaries and is 100 years out of date.
It is the Plane of Origin of the small dragon currently being 'Baby-sat' by Emma Crowsdale in the Swan River Valley on the plane of Rue.
In the Summer of 808wk Emma and this Dragon hired a party to go to this plane and Search for a group of missing halfings.

Portal 10 is an open sided building of red and white stone in a jungle clearing. Three trails lead from the clearing, to the north, south and east. The area for hundreds of square miles around the portal is mostly jungle wilderness with isloated settlements; there are two Towns on the large river to the north, where there are guards that keep order (for towns coucils made up of merchant guilds), and little else.
