General Business

Annual club membership fee
Amount will be reviewed annually, membership covers:
  1. Hall Hire: $100 per year
  2. Printed SGT: $5 per member (budget of $1.25 per person per issue)
  3. Wiki Hosting: $500 per year (estimated)
  4. Incorporation: $102.22 (one-off initial fee)
Incorporating the Club (Auckland DQ RPG Club Incorporated) - 15 Signatures, Rules, etc.
  • First year free for new members. Students Free. Otherwise, if you play DQ in a year you are expected to pay membership for that year.
  • Inactive (not currently playing) members are not required to pay membership.
  • Objects of the club to support participation in the Auckland DQ role playing games. Specifically: Website, Hall Hire, Newsletters.
Club bank account at Kiwibank. Membership payments directly into the account by eBanking or at a branch (using your name as reference). Statements emailed to DQ list for full visibility of financial position.
Currently active (paid) members will be listed on the wiki.
GMs may choose to exclude players that haven't paid (their discretion).
Club committee: Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Editor, Campaign Coordinator.
