Small well to do village in the south of County of Cumbria in Brandenburg.
Clyster Village:
The village of 600 families in the area is very well to do.

Most of the farms in teh area have been settled for 200+ years, and are well established. The smaller farmers that was driven off the land in 730 settled to teh south in Odessa Village.

With all the trade from the village of Candleford and other inland areas travelling thru Candleford before turning north and onward to market in Aladar the the local lord was rich, but a drunk and womaniser.

There was a rivalry between the two villages before the death of the Lord of Candleford at the hands of a lover. Lord Lucan was put in charge by the Count to hunt down the killers. It turned out to be most of his clan and anyone else that did not support Lord Lucan. Candleford (with its wealthy trade) is now under the control of Lord Lucan, and local merchants.

Lord Lucan:
Lord Lucan is a skilled human male and looks to be in him mid thurties. He has been running Clyster for twenty years and is known to have a skilled healer on his staff. He pays all his taxes on time to the Count for the village and reports of his poor behavour are often overlooked as to differcult to deal with by the Count mainly because Lord Lucan's wife is also very good friends with the Dukes wife and spends most of her time at court in Brandenburg town, which suits the Lucan.

Lucan has had his eye on the village of Odessa Village for many years. It is rumoured that a failed attempt to take the village over happend with his blessing around ten years ago.
